Why Memtec Single Ply PVC Flat Roofing Membranes?
Whatever the size of contruction type, Memtec Single Ply PVC Flat Roofing Membranes and waterproofing products are suitable for all flat roof situations. They can also be used on existing roofs, using an overlay system so preventing the need to strip the existing roof coverings.
The Memtec PVC Flat Roofing single ply membrane products can be used as warm roof (which means they are insulated above roof deck substrate), cold roof (meaning they are on non insulated roof deck substrate because the insulation has been installed below-under roof deck substrate). They can also be used on a roof terrace-patio, on a green roof and over overlay systems.
Please note – Building Control Regulations should always be consulted carrying out roof refurbishment to ensure they are correctly insulated and meet regulations.
Memtec Single Ply PVC Flat Roofing and Waterproofing Products can be applied to and over existing Bituminous Roofing Felt, Asphalt (with stone chippings removed) and Mineral Surface Finish Roofing Felt.
